Caesar was a bull dog. He was in the army to help find sick and wounded men with his sense of smell. If he was still alive he would be 99 years old. Caesar died when he was 4 years old. He would take something from the person and take it back to Tom. His collar is in the Auckland War Memorial Museum. Sometimes he was with Tom and sometimes he was on his own. He was trained in Egypt and at night he went to find the wounded men.
